M. Coast is a premier sales and business development firm based in Orlando, known for its innovative strategies and successful partnerships. We are currently seeking a skilled Client Account Representative to join our team, following the acquisition of a new client.
Position Overview: The Client Account Representative will play a critical role in keeping abreast of our client’s products and services, delivering compelling and informative presentations to qualified decision-makers in the local market. This role involves introducing potential customers to the Sales Management team and providing ongoing support throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our client’s existing sales systems through structured training and development under an assigned Sales Manager.
- Maintain and project a positive image of our telecommunications client.
- Operate with a high level of focus, competitiveness, and organizational skill.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance our sales, training, and onboarding procedures.
- Address customer requests and concerns resourcefully, providing effective solutions to service-related issues.
- Ensure professional and friendly communication with potential and existing clients.
- Foster and promote relationships between the sales team and brand ambassadors to drive market success.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Presentation Abilities: Proficient in speaking effectively in various interpersonal situations.
- Learning Agility: Eager to learn new campaigns and projects to represent our client excellently.

Requirements:
- Educational Background: BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, brand ambassadorship, or sales.
- Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in establishing professional relationships with both consumers and clients.
