Student Success Associate

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and talented Student Success Associate who thrives in a dynamic start-up environment. This individual will be responsible for overseeing student onboarding, providing support throughout the program, and managing the graduation process.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, empathetic, and capable of multitasking effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding and Enrollment
- Add students to the Coding Temple Workflow in CRM.
- Send automated emails through the Workflow and CRM to confirm enrollment.
- Invite students to relevant Slack channels and ensure they receive a welcome message.
- Send personalized text messages to new students
- Guide students through initial steps, including downloading necessary tools and signing contracts.
- Schedule and facilitate welcome meetings.
Student Support During Program
- Monitor student progress and provide regular check-ins.
- Manage attendance for live cohort orientations and classes.
- Address and document any student issues, providing timely resolutions and communication.
- Assist with scheduling guest speakers and other program-related events.
- Ensure students have access to necessary resources and tools throughout their program.
Graduation Process
- Manage the removal or transfer of productivity tools upon graduation.
- Issue graduation certificates and ensure students receive final updates.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with the Student Success team to continuously improve processes and student experiences.
- Utilize various platforms such as Slack, Pipedrive, LearnDash, and more to manage tasks and communications.
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- High level of empathy, patience, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Slack, Google Suite, CRM (Pipedrive, Hubspot, or similar)
- Ability to learn new skills and tools quickly; familiarity with Slack, and Pipedrive is a plus.
- Outgoing, personable, and enjoys working with people.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
