Job Summary: The Personal Lines Client Service Representative plays a pivotal role in ensuring the daily success of client relations and processes. This position involves assisting with renewals, claims, policy changes, and billing matters. Our Client Service Representative is also responsible for preparing and delivering documents to customers and mortgage companies. They actively engage with clients, promptly responding to inquiries via various communication channels such as phone, email, and text. Additionally, this role supports the sales team through administrative tasks and is will get to exemplify our company values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day success of client relations and processes.
- Assist with claims, policy changes, and billing issues.
- Prepare and deliver documents to customers and mortgage companies.
- Foster and maintain client relationships.
- Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries.
- Support client onboarding and retention for a positive customer experience.
- Interact with clients, respond to inquiries, manage existing accounts, and resolve challenges.
- Ensure established client retention rates are met by contacting clients at renewal time.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Utilize our Rating and CRM System efficiently for client interactions and policy-related tasks.
- Actively promote and sell insurance products, utilizing persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of property and casualty insurance experience
- Property and Casualty License preferred
- Experience using CRM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Competent with product knowledge and able to communicate insurance policy details, terms, and coverage recommendations to clients
- Strong customer satisfaction and organizational skills
- Able to maintain a pleasant and professional attitude with team members and all visitors
- Able to be flexible and calm during high visitor traffic
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while accomplishing daily tasks
- Effective oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
