Position Title: Account Coordinator at exciting Cosmetic and Consumer Goods Company

Position Summary:
The Account Coordinator acts as the customer liaison and is responsible for the accurate and professional exchange of information on daily business activities between customers and our internal team. The Account Coordinator is a key interface with the customer and coordinates cross functionally with internal team, playing a pivotal role in the success of our customer relationship.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:
· Track and expedite all aspects of orders for assigned customers.
· Responsible for coordinating daily shipments.
· Acts as the main liaison between the customer and production facilities.
· Maintain customer’s materials and process of production run to ensure delivery dates are met.
· Completes required reports (status reports, inventory reports, etc.) for the customer.
· Establish customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries and supporting issue resolution
· Interfaces with the customer via phone, email, etc., and will visit customers with sales director and attend tradeshows as required.
· Support Salesperson starting with order entry, follow ups, sample coordination, and ensuring shipments go out as scheduled.

· Excellent attention to details
· Ability to deal with deadline pressures.
· Experience in word processing and spreadsheet utilization
· Able to work independently or within a team
· Ability to multi-task, plan and set priorities
· Efficiently solve problems and make adjustments regarding process and product using logical thinking.
· Successfully handle time pressures and deadline change.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or Associate's degree with 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred, but negotiable.
- Experiences in OEM/Private Label manufacturing is a plus
- Successful candidate thrives in fast paced working environment and is able to multi-task with a positive attitude and able to work well with teams.
