Supervise a Retirement Plans Administration Team that is focused on our Third-Party Administrator (TPA) product. This position implements process improvements to provide timely, accurate, and profitable customer service and contributes to the sales and retention of retirement plan clients.
Responsible for managing the work environment, identifying workforce needs and ensuring alignment with corporate manager expectations, values, and vision.
Supervises the TPA Account Managers and TPA plan administration team. Including employer and TPA related activities, contribution, distribution and loan processing, plan sponsor and third-party relationship management.
Manage, promote, and enhance cost-effective customer service. Coordinate departmental training activities with department training director; monitor ongoing participation of team members.
Responsible for the selection, development, motivation, appraisal, and salary recommendations of reporting subordinates. Contribute to the company's progress in affirmative action.
Participate in and/or lead systems development and process improvement projects and practice teams. S
Serve as a resource and recommend administrative policies to provide outstanding customer service consistent with regulatory requirements and strategic vision.
Monitor processes and system utilization to support service strategies, administration, and customer needs.
Support product development and sales activities as a technical and administration resource to maintain and improve product and service competitiveness.
Skills and Background You'll Need
Experience: 7+ years' experience to include retirement plans administration, project and process improvement leadership, and customer service, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience. Preferably experience working with TPA related business.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certification required: ASPPA (QKA, QPA) or NIPA (APR, APA) preferred or in progress.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Salary Range:
$75,250.00 - $120,500.00
