Responsibilities:
- Prepare and handle food in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations in the back-of-house
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
