**Job Title:** Junior Management Analyst

**Introduction:**
We are seeking a Junior Management Analyst to support our organizational and operations analysis efforts and participate in enterprise reengineering projects. This role is ideal for an analytical thinker with a background in industrial engineering or business process management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate tasks and teams in organizational and operations analysis and enterprise reengineering.
- Evaluate and design organizational structures to eliminate functional redundancies and increase efficiency.
- Establish clear managerial accountability.
- Utilize industrial engineering and computer techniques to facilitate work measurement and process improvement.
- Develop organizational and process standards and determinants.
- Use Activity-Based Management techniques to perform cost per output and/or cost per function analysis to aid in process improvement.
- Facilitate benchmarking, process mapping, work measurement, metrics, performance evaluation, and manpower budget estimates.
**Qualifications:**
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in management analysis, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to apply them in optimizing business processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
- Familiarity with Activity-Based Management, benchmarking, and process mapping techniques.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $63,484.88 - $76,454.90 per year
