Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Beauty Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients
- Demonstrate and promote beauty products through effective product demos
- Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client information
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and returns
- Utilize retail math skills for inventory management and sales tracking
- Uphold phone etiquette when interacting with clients and scheduling appointments
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a beauty or retail environment preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems for processing transactions
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and inventory effectively
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon or retail setting
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and promote products effectively
