The municipal sales & project support is responsible for our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. In conjunction with the inside sales & marketing, you take a lead role in development of proposals and presentations in pursuit of new opportunities.
Your exceptional communication skills assist you in developing successful relationships with clients, staff, municipal & governmental authorities, partners, vendors, and contractors. You monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with leadership to discuss strategy.
This is a hybrid sales management position where you will manage sales channel partners and also develop direct key business. For key clients, you will go beyond sales management and serve as a Client Manager. In this case, you are responsible for leading projects. You will be the point person for communications and organization, connecting our clients with our technical staff.
Municipal Sales & Project Support Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close project opportunities.
- Maintain CRM for forecasting, collaboration, and reporting.
- Present product capabilities and benefits.
- Explore new go-to-market strategies.
- Become proficient in key principles of solar lighting used for analysis and proposals.
Requirements:

- Successful track record in B2B Sales.
- Minimum 1 Year of Business Development Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.

Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
