Description:
The Perinatal Nurse Coordinator is a member of the Maternal/Child Women's Service line who is to serve as the primary coordinator to the complex high risk maternal patient and her designated significant others assuring a positive patient experience by planning, implementation, and collaborating in a multidisciplinary environment the plan of care. In addition the Perinatal Coordinator will collaborate with the Manager of Women's services to create and sustain a birth and family education programs to enhance the patient experience while maintaining the quality of care.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Preferred: Masters Degree in Nursing -
Credentials/ Licensure

Minimum: Current State of Michigan Registered Nursing License. CPR or BCLS Certified.

Preferred: Certified Nurse in subspecialty
Related Experience
Minimum: Three years of experience in Perinatal, Obstetrical and/or
