What you will need:
- Associate degree in electronic, computer, mechanical or biomedical engineering with applicable work experience required or bachelor’s degree would be considered an asset.
- 1+ years’ prior field service experience, installation and troubleshooting complex electronic equipment or equivalent; experience in medical device industry or comparable capital equipment industry preferred.
- Capability to lift a minimum of 50lbs and at times, 80lbs.
- Fluent in English is mandatory; Fluent in Spanish or French would be considered an asset.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.
- Ability to travel and cross territories on short notice.
- Up to 85% travel may be required to meet customer needs.
- Availability and flexibility to work after hours and weekends when needed during peak times.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Must possess basic software skills and computer literacy.
- Must have experience in servicing and maintaining high value capital equipment.
- Ability to read, interpret and analyze schematics, assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
