About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior executive. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. This is a full-time role.
You will:
- Manage and prioritize the executive's schedule, ensuring efficient time management.
- Handle correspondence, including drafting emails and memos on behalf of the executive.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and arranging catering when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, reports, and documentation.
- Perform minor accounting duties and manage expense reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for both domestic and international trips.
- Provide administrative assistance, such as preparing communications and managing incoming calls.
You have:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support role or in a comparable administrative position.
- Experience in managing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Sound judgment and can interact effectively with employees and leaders at all organizational levels.
- Capability of executing instructions independently with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring thorough and meticulous work.
- Ability to work autonomously and anticipate needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
