Time and Attendance Implementation Specialist
Overview:
The Time and Attendance Implementation Specialist will be responsible for managing the implementation of time and attendance systems for our clients. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their specific needs, configuring software to meet those needs, and providing training and support throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of time and attendance systems.
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and gather necessary information to configure the time and attendance system.
- System Configuration: Set up and configure time and attendance software according to client specifications, including setting up pay rules, schedules, accruals, and workflows
- Project Management: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure successful and timely implementation of systems.
- Training and Support: Provide training to clients on how to use the time and attendance system, offering ongoing support to current clients and internal staff and troubleshooting as needed.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of configured systems to identify and resolve any issues before going live.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in time and attendance systems to continuously improve implementation practices and processes
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the isolved time and attendance software.
- Proven experience in implementing time and attendance systems, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficient in data analysis and data migration techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
