Job Summary:
As a Creative Designer at LifeStraw, you will be a crucial member of our creative team, tasked with producing innovative and engaging visual content across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on digital and e-commerce presence, including Amazon. This role demands a versatile designer with a robust understanding of digital retail environments and the ability to deliver compelling visual stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design graphics and visual content for digital advertising campaigns, including banners, ads, and gifs.
- Edit video ads for use on a variety of digital ad platforms including social media and Amazon.
- Develop and update packaging for existing products, ensuring they meet brand standards and appeal to target markets.
- Produce creative assets e-commerce product pages with a particular focus on optimizing creative for Amazon including Brand Store, A+, Brand Story and other components of product detail pages.
- Create infographics and dynamic content for e-commerce sites to enhance product understanding and conversion.
- Assist in the production of user manuals, annual reports, and product catalogs with innovative graphic designs.
- Manage the digital asset library, ensuring materials are current and accessible.
What You’ll Be Doing – The Essentials:
- Design and execute production-ready files that are detailed, to scale, and align with production specifications.
- Adapt to LifeStraw’s brand and design perspective, applying consistent concepts of shape, color, photography, typography, and voice.
- Create engaging social media content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Develop and maintain PowerPoint templates and assist in creating visually appealing, on-brand presentations.
- Make periodic updates to catalogs and technical documents.
- Edit lifestyle and studio photography, including cropping, resizing, and recoloring.
- Assist with storyboards and scripting out brand storytelling assets and create short videos using existing assets. Videography experience a plus.
- Assist with developing mood boards for wardrobe, props, and layouts for photoshoots
- Conceptualize and execute visual marketing campaigns in collaboration with the creative director.
- Produce simple animations and support layout and visuals in user manuals.
- Support the development, resizing, and uploading of print and digital advertising.
- Understand the pre-press process and ensure artwork is to spec for printing.
- Maintain internal references for product colors and naming.
- Stay updated on upcoming trends in color and design.
- Design, update and adapt marketing campaign emails monthly.

Experience and Education Profile:
- Degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of proven track record in graphic design, with additional experience in photography or videography a plus.
- Experience designing ecommerce assets and/or specific experience designing assets for Amazon a plus.
Additional Qualities:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of styles, with attention to detail. Illustration and motion work are considered a plus.
