Key Responsibilities:
- Improve care delivery, outcomes, and patient throughput in the OR.
- Ensure patient safety through quality assurance and performance improvement activities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of OR leadership experience in an acute care hospital
- CNOR certification preferred; required within 1 year of employment.
- Registered Nurse license required.

- Knowledge of policy development and performance improvement strategies.
