Job Description: As a results-driven lead sales consultant, you will play a vital role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Getting to know your customers and understanding their needs to identify how AT&T products can fulfill those needs.
- Developing new consumer and business accounts by effectively presenting our products and services.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives within the designated time frame.

- MUST HAVE 1-2 YEARS OF SELLING WIRELESS SERVICES EXPERIENCE
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a commission structure that aligns with your work effort.
- Openness to learning and improving through constructive feedback.
- Willingness to learn and consistently reach out to customer and business leads through cold and warm calling.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
