A New York City-based health services organization is currently seeking a new Technical Project / Program Manager to join their growing team. In this role, the Technical Project / Program Manager will be responsible for working closely across Design, Product, and Engineering teams to pioneer the end-to-end developer experience.
Responsibilities
The Technical Project / Program Manager will:

Triage, deep dive, assign and escalate appropriately on tickets that enter the queue for resolution at the defined SLA.

Earning trust across functional and business teams to plan, organize, manage, and execute complex programs

Create and drive plans to oversee the prioritization, development, and delivery of the APIs, system integrations, and enhancements.

Develop projects to scale fulfillment according to new business initiatives with complex operational components

Innovate for step-change improvement in compliance, safety, quality, and cost metrics

Oversee program implementation efforts; define goals, supporting metrics, and success indicators.

Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

3+ years of Program and/or Project Management experience

Experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Aware of SAFe Methodology

Experience operating end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

Experience driving process improvements

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
