Job Summary:
The Operations Manager role is a critical position within our company, responsible for providing strategic direction, maintaining a positive and productive culture, and overseeing all aspects of operations. The Operations Manager is required to lead with integrity to achieve company goals. Among the responsibilities for the Operations Manager: team leadership, operations management, implementation of products/properties, transitioning properties in and out of the portfolio, enriching and empowering the property site teams in the best way possible to achieve the goals of the property and company.
The Operations Manager will help in whatever way possible to achieve Emerge Living Management’s mission of elevating the standards of our teamwork practice environment and work processes. The Operations Manager will be responsible for carrying out this vision on the local office/property level.
Responsibilities:

Address and track Better Business Bureau issues.

Address and manage general information inquiries and channels.

Track and distribute Incident Reports.

Contribute to Emerge Living Management’s team enhancement and training.

Coordinate and accomplish acquisition of properties on-boarding with Emerge Living Management

Coordinate and accomplish disposition of properties off-boarding from Emerge Living Management

Provide operational and marketing assistance when needed.

Manage, implement, and the property management systems and other operations related software settings.

Property Management Software and Systems user management and system support.
-
Provide written material for system processes and software operations and practices.
-
Auditing the system operations, particularly related to AR and the site payable processes. Follow through to resolution/correction related to the findings.

Assist with strategic planning of management systems and process changes, including, but not limited to, the policy, procedures, and training documentation.

Assist with implementation and conversion of new products and processes.

Fulfills other duties as assigned by the Emerge Living Leadership Team.
Requirements:
-
2 years of experience in a similar role
-
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
-
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize wisely.

Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.

Knowledge and understanding of multifamily operations, including ability to define issues of concern and to effectively solve problems.

Realpage software knowledge highly preferred.
