Montgomery Self Storage is looking to fill a full time position with a set schedule; Wednesday-Friday 8-5, Sat 8-4.
Successful candidate MUST be self starter who can manage themselves, are energetic, possess a “get it done” attitude, have an outgoing personality, and can complete tasks with little or no supervision. The position requires a high level of maturity and commitment. They should have a strong background in a customer-related sales environment with a proven sales record and superior customer service skills. Pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. There are quarterly and annual bonus opportunities which could take the position to over $20.00 per hour annually.
For the right candidate, this development is a chance to showcase their unique skills at sales, operations, and revenue management. This is a stabilized property with development plans for another expansion which will double the size to over 100K SqFt, thereby making the future compensation even more attractive.
