- Insurance sales: 1 year (Required)
- Negotiation: 1 year (Required)

- Sales: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification: Property & Casualty License (Required)

Responsibilities:
- Participate in established sales-related development activities.
- Solicit available insurance products to new and existing clients.
- Conduct comparisons to other insurers/policies.
- Calculate and quote policy premiums.
- Make suitable recommendations on policy coverage's and options, close sales, and process applications accurately.
- Maintain an active awareness of current products/coverages offered and underwriting rules.
- Analyze information such as motor vehicle reports, credit reports, applications, risk, etc., to accept or reject new business.
- Track daily sales activity and keep management apprised of sales activity on an ongoing basis.
- Participate in established customer service development activities.
- Project and promote a favorable image of Allstate to enhance public attitudes regarding company products and services.
- Assist customers with account changes.
- Respond appropriately to customer claim situations.
- Deal with customers in a fair and ethical manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a sales or client service environment.
- Efficient communication skills.
- Effective persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
- Effective time management skills.
- Must be motivated and willing to work nights and weekends.
- Must have current state insurance license in property and casualty.
