Personal Assistant & Property Oversight
- Maintain home for busy professionals.
- Intermediate knowledge of computers, both PC and Apple products. Learn and use onsite electronic control systems.
- Maintaining organized cabinets and storage throughout property interior including replenishing all inventory on a regular basis.
- Run errands as needed – reliable vehicle required and proof of insurance ... (groceries, post office, bank, dry cleaning, prescriptions, etc.)
- Knowledge of UPS and FedEx shipping apps and services, requirements and timelines.
- Light cleaning and up-keep between professional property cleaning service visits.
- Conduct general research and compile data for various projects.
Property Oversight
- Manage and maintain equipment inventory throughout property. Understand basic knowledge of utilities and use of appliances, HVAC, generator, security system with cameras and home automation/control system.
- Coordinate schedules with vendors on home improvement, service calls and/or repair projects.
Experience required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft programs Word & Excel.
- Will be required to maintain confidentiality regarding both personal and business information and job duties.
