“Applicant Workers’ Compensation Firm in need of a Case manager with at least 2-years experience of working on Applicant cases. We are willing to train the right person but are ideally looking for someone who can immediately assist with overseeing a large caseload.
The applicant should have experience in the following categories:
- Be familiar with filing, reviewing and preparing Workers’ Compensation documents
- Must be familiar with EAMS
- Familiar in Workers Comp legal terminology
- Excellent grammar and communication skills
- Must be able to identify and resolve pending issues on cases
- Able to schedule depositions and cross examinations of doctors/experts
- Prepare physical files for hearings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must have a strong work ethic and have a professional and positive attitude
- Dependable with strong attention to detail
- Must be reliable & punctual
- Familiar with case management paperless solutions and computer office software
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be organized, hardworking and a team player
- Preferred bilingual (not required)
