We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Family Law Attorney to join our esteemed law firm in Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of family law, excellent litigation skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to our clients. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, from divorce and child custody cases to spousal support and domestic violence issues.

This key role will serve our rapidly growing family law division of our firm that focuses on helping people with family law matters. We love helping our clients get the best results possible in the shortest amount of time. We serve our clients to the best of our abilities.

We are looking for someone with a high social IQ who will also be able to connect with clients on a personal level and believes that clients deserve personalized, friendly legal
services at a competitive rate.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Represent clients in Los Angeles County Family Court, mediations, and depositions in a way that they are strongly advocated for
- Interface with new and existing clients and work on their case from beginning to end
- Answering the phone, intaking new clients
- Respond to any and all communications promptly and thoroughly
- Be approachable so clients feel heard, understood, and cared for
- Prepare documents that best represent our clients interests
- Advise clients of their legal rights so they and their families
will be prepared and protected
- Negotiate settlements in the best interest of our clients
- Keep clients informed on all aspects of their cases
- Comply with any and all legal requirements and regulationsQualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Must be a California State Bar-licensed attorney
- Must have at least 2 years of practicing family law.
- Must have served as lead counsel for at least 100 Request for Orders
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be approachable
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be knowledgeable in reviewing and preparing legal documents (family law preferred)
- Must be knowledgeable in legal research (family law preferred)
- Must be proficient with working with electronic files
- Must be technologically savvy and willing to learn new tech
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, Slack, DocuSign or other esigning software, Lawyaw or other form filling software
- Must be proficient with working in a hybrid virtual environment
