Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression of our firm. In addition to handling receptionist duties, you will actively engage in sales activities to promote our services and contribute to business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain, organize, and lead our reception area.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to promote our services to clients.
- Develop relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations.
- Collaborate with the CPA team to implement strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide basic information about our services.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for clients with staff members.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with filing and other clerical tasks.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential information.
