JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a Customer Advocate to support platform users/administrators.
- Understand and troubleshoot our platform, cloud technologies, and provide solutions to complex technical issues.
- Resolve technical cases created by customers, assisting them with platform functionalities and troubleshooting.
- Analyze data to isolate potential issues and work collaboratively within the team to resolve them.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong understanding of Web Services (SOAP, REST).
- Solid knowledge of network troubleshooting tools (e.g., Ping, Telnet).
- Experience and familiarity with scripting languages, preferably JavaScript, and relational database concepts.
- Contribute to reporting design, reliability issues, or bugs to engineering/software engineering teams.
