RN or LPN Field Nurse (Private Duty)
Description:
Provides and coordinates skilled home care services including the necessary documentation regarding client care according to the client plan of treatment. Successfully communicates with the office, physicians and other agencies providing services to a client. Provides clinical direction and supervision to the Home Health Aide(s) and LPN(s) providing care to the client.

Requirements:
- Vent experience or ability to train with client.
- A thorough understanding of confidentiality.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse or LPN, eligible to practice in the State of Michigan.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of home health nursing and caregiving.
- Willing and able to meet the agency need for professional nursing services.
- Positive, professional interpersonal skills.
- Meets CEU requirements for licensure.
Salary Range:
LPN starting $28.00/hr.
RN starting $32.00/hr.
