Experience in a role involving lead generation or appointment setting, particularly within B2B sales environments, is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads within target industries and markets using creative methods to find contact information.
- Engage decision-makers via phone, email, and social media to introduce our employee wellness programs and secure appointments for our sales team.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and follow-up activities to ensure consistent engagement.
- Collaborate closely with sales executives to understand target clients and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities and interactions in our CRM system.
- Continuously optimize outreach strategies and techniques to maximize appointment-setting success rates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or a similar role within a B2B sales environment.
