We are a growing home staging company in Orange County and are looking to expand our design team. This role will support the Design Manager in coordinating and installing furnishings for residential real estate properties that are in the process of coming to market.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
-Support the Design Manager with the installation and design of each staging job
-Walk properties prior to staging, take pictures and develop a set plan.
-Select and pull together inventory from our warehouse that will fit the specifications of a given project.
-Direct the moving team and junior stylists on item placement.
-Selecting, packing, unpacking, and placement of accessories / art.
-Packing/Unpacking bed linens and accent pillows
-Steam bed linens and make beds.
-Steam curtains and shower curtains.
-Select furniture and plan layout.
-Maintain and organize inventory by inspecting products after use, putting items back in their appropriate location, and identifying any broken or dirty pieces.
-Assist in inventory selection and purchasing.
*Interior Design Degree or in process required
*1 year home staging experience required
*20-25 Hours/Week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
