**Job Title:** Office Assistant
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks efficiently, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
**Duties:**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Computerize documents and maintain electronic files
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Transcribe documents and prepare reports as needed
- Support customers with inquiries and provide assistance as a customer support representative
- Assist in personal assistant duties for executives as needed
**Skills:**
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficient in transcribing documents accurately in both languages
- Knowledge of Quickbooks is an advantage
- Strong customer support skills with the ability to address inquiries promptly
- Ability to multitask and assist with personal assistant duties
