Overview:
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for researching and analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to develop data-driven marketing strategies. This role involves leveraging data and systems such as Salesforce and Power BI, to enhance marketing efforts, improve customer acquisition and retention, and maximize return on investment. The Marketing Analyst collaborates closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include market research, campaign development and management, digital marketing, and budget management. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing tools, and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
This position is full-time, benefit eligible and based out of the Confluent Health headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky.

Conduct market research to identify trends, benchmarks, and competitive landscape.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Track and report on customer acquisition and retention metrics.
Track and report on patient engagement and quality outcomes metrics.
Collaboration with Business Intelligence and Data teams to leverage internal databases to enhance & optimize marketing reporting systems to provide comprehensive analytical support
Utilize Salesforce to manage and analyze customer data, track marketing campaigns, and generate reports.
Develop and implement processes within Salesforce to streamline marketing operations.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings to guide strategic decisions.
Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Design, create and analyze maps using geographic information to support business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, etc.).
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and data analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing software.
Knowledge of marketing regulations and compliance is a plus.
Knowledge and experience using of Salesforce as a CRM software.
Experience with geographic mapping software.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships
