**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an individual for a hybrid position, it will be a cross between an Inside Sales Agent, and a Junior Sales Agent. The ideal candidate is a new agent who wants support and mentorship from senior agents and their direct team lead, all the while being paid to learn how to effetively lead generate.
The position involves 3 hours of daily lead generation, setting appointments for more senior agents. The rest of the candidates work day would be spent working to build their own pipeline, under the guidance of senior agents and the team lead.
This position's duration will be 6 months, with the intention being to move the candiate into a full time real estate agent role within the team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage inbound leads and use CRM to govern lead follow up
- Utilize sales scripts
- Communicate effectively with clients and use Road To The Sale techniques to build rapport.
- Communicate TGA's unique value propositon to sales prospects.
- Set listing and buyer appointment for senior agents.
- Provide valuable client information to senior agents to prepare for appointments.
- Operate in a professional setting and hold oneself accountable for sales goals and targets.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and fair housing regulations.
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in real estate administrative tasks is a plus.
- Prior sales experience is a must
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous.
- Familiarity with fair housing regulations and real estate law is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on sales and communication..
