Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational activities.
- Manage room reservations and arrangements.
- Coordinate customer service and front desk operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Able to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and managing staff.
- Assist in budgeting and monitoring costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above .
- Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
- Experience in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Customer Service, F&B and/or related field is preferred. Willing to train for the right candidate.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
