WHAT DOES THE ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR DO?

Provides wide range of office administration to support all service lines.

Receives, distributes and scans office mail.

Coordinates and schedules meetings as directed.
-
Assists as needed with logistics of trainings and special events including vendor relations, facilities setup, ordering material.

Drafts companywide communications as requested by leadership and Corporate HR including posts in Teams channels.

Performs data entry and filing tasks as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must be based in Pensacola or outlying area, primarily working in-office.

Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to drive locally, as needed.

Flexibility of work hours outside of set schedule, as needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
