As a Certified Hand Therapist with Concentra, you will positively shape healthcare in your community. This role involves clinical duties including evaluations, formulating a treatment plan and ensuring that all aspects of the treatment plan are carried out concurrent with the medical protocols established by Concentra Health Services. The occupational therapist will coordinate with the Center Therapy Director to perform business and financial duties directly related to the provision of therapy services at the center.

Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality patient care through direct assessment and treatment
- Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment efforts
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with standards and regulations
- Facilitate effective communication among staff, medical professionals, and patients
- Resolve problems and conflicts efficiently
- Report departmental issues promptly to Therapy Director
- Design and implement tailored physical therapy programs for patients
- Educate patients on self-care and exercise routines
- Collaborate closely with physicians for comprehensive care
- Contribute to professional development through meetings and seminars
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college/university
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, Hand Therapy Certification
- Successful completion of the National Registry Examination
- Valid BLS
