To further our mission we are looking for an Office Coordinator.
Position Overview:
Responsible for performing administrative duties related to the operations of the Executive and human resources functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages the CEO’s schedule. Makes travel arrangements as necessary and prepares reports as needed.
- Proofreads and types documents and correspondence produced by Executive staff and human resources.
- Files documents and prepares mailings as needed.
- Plans and coordinates all staff events.
- Creates and maintains personnel files.
- Assists with preparing for all meetings related to the Board of Directors.
- Coordinates recruitment efforts pertaining to posting jobs and disseminating applicants.
- Creates employment offer letters and coordinates new hire orientation.
- Assists with processing background checks and motor vehicle records.
- Conducts corporate tasks as needed.
- Assists with timecard approvals for the executive team as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Secondary education and or certification in administrative field preferred.
- Strong skills in using Microsoft Office software and typing ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Event planning experience preferred.
