Customer Service Representative

This role is vital in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our cutting-edge cloud-based solutions designed to transform patient and staff education in healthcare practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer client inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Guide users through the setup and use of our SAAS platform, ensuring they are comfortable and confident in its functionality.
- Provide training sessions to new users, both one-on-one and in group settings via Zoom.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work closely with the technical support team to resolve them promptly.
- Document client interactions and feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Perform various related duties to support the customer service and technical support teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a technology or healthcare environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Patience and ability to teach and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
