We are looking for an experienced and professional Employment Civil Litigation Attorney who has already worked within the field of employment law (either on the plaintiff’s side or for the defense) for at least four (4) years, or at least three (3) years in employment law with at least one (1) or more additional years in other areas of civil litigation. As a Plaintiff’s Employment Civil Litigation Attorney, you will be working closely with our team of paralegals, legal assistants, and fellow employment litigation attorneys to develop and own your case from start to finish. You will also be responsible for mentoring less experienced attorneys and assisting in their development/growth. An ideal candidate is one who is committed to protecting employee rights, has a great work ethic, enjoys competition and likes to think outside the box. Preferred experience in law and motion, taking and defending depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and negotiations. Trial experience is also a huge plus but not a requirement.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
