Short & Sweet: You'll be working with a team to operate machinery that bags shredded mozzarella and packs bags into boxes.
Schedule:
- 12 HOUR SHIFT
- 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- 2, 2, 3 rotation
- 24/7/365/Weekends/Holidays
Outline of Job Duties:
- Complete daily checklist
- Perform all hourly checks in MES
- Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to address run problems efficiently to minimize downtime
- Follow setup procedures ensuring all equipment are operational at startup
- Maintain proper weight control
- Maintain labeling operation and ensure correct label is applied to packages
- Monitor Hi-Speed scale to ensure proper parameters are used and correct tare weights entered
- Run sanitation for the traingles on cleaning nights
QUALIFICATIONS
- Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Action oriented and the capacity to drive for results
- Requires the ability to perform basic math skills and read
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs. at waist height (39") weekly
- Must be able to climb stairs hourly and ladders/vertical ladders daily
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing
- Must be able to support 24/7/365 operation including weekends and holidays
- Prior food industry experience
- General mechanical aptitude would be helpful
