Limit X Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong customer service orientation . We partner with fortune 500 companies that are hiring work from home roles. This is a 1099 position. You are also able to work more than one call center job as long as you have successfully completed training of the first job before you start the second position. Duties:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Skills:
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is beneficial
