Job Duties Include:
- Coaching small groups through exercises and workout routines
- Evaluate individuals fitness levels through Fitness Assessments
- Motivate and educate coaching clients on an ongoing basis
- Contact training clients every week via email or phone calls
- Handle any questions/problem/complaints in proper and professional matter
- Prepare agreement forms correctly, obtain proper signatures where needed, collect deposits, and follow up with renewal agreements.
- Contact each new lead and obtain proper contact information for follow ups
- Develop relationships with members, helping with member retention
- Be available to assist in health fairs/corporate events
- Demonstrate operation and explain purpose of equipment, such kettle bells, free weights, cardio equipment and stretching/mobility pieces
- Help with various club related tasks such as cleaning, equipment maintenance and handling new member tours and phone inquires
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- Saturdays Possible, Rotating

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Personal Training: 1 year (Preferred)

- AED Certification (Preferred)

- Hartford, WI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
