Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries and providing excellent customer service to drive revenue growth.
Duties:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and close sales
- Market products effectively to drive sales growth
- Communicate effectively with customers to build strong relationships
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Ability to perform outbound calling and engage in technical sales discussions
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on business development
