The Clinical Reimbursement Specialist (CRS) will work collaboratively with the Clinical Reimbursement Coordinators/MMQ nurses, Rehabilitation Program Managers, Administrators, and Directors of Nursing and their respective leadership teams in each affiliate to achieve service mix goals. Salary Based on Experience and Sign on Bonus .
10 years' health care experience, 5 years' regional leadership/consulting experience in area of clinical reimbursement preferred. Experience in providing staff training and consultation. Must have a working knowledge of MDS/Care planning and be proficient in RAI process. Must have a working knowledge of Federal, State, and private pay reimbursement programs, such as: Medicaid; Medicare/RUGS IV; private insurance; VA programs; bordering state contracts; et al.
