**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and a passion for solving technical issues on-site. As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure our clients’ systems run smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide on-site technical support, including hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, networking equipment, and other IT infrastructure.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on client systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment and systems.
- Document all service requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in a clear and concise manner.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the internal IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide informed support and recommendations.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Field Service Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS environments, networking protocols, and hardware components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
