About Department
Here in the Organization Culture department, we're the frontline guardians and promoters of our values, mission and vision within the company facing an audience of diversified staff around the world. From diversity & inclusion, study of organizational behaviors and effectiveness to event planning and creative designs of cultural items, our daily work covers a broad spectrum of topics related to people and culture. This role has an RTO expectation of 3 days minimum requirement to the office preferred locations is San Jose.

The Global Organization Culture Survey & Evaluation team plays a key role in partnering with the executive team to drive alignment on our mission and core values, ensure our culture is embedded and integrated into the employee lifecycle, design company-wide management mechanisms that enable the practice of our culture, and develop tailored cultural solutions to meet the needs of our diverse, global businesses.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Researcher to lead strategic analyses and develop proposals in the areas of management and organizational culture. This role is pivotal in providing senior leadership with valuable insights and actionable recommendations to enhance management practices and cultivate a positive organizational culture.

What will I do?
- Lead in-depth research and analytical projects on topics related to organizational culture, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement etc., to identify key cultural issues and formulate strategic recommendations and action plans.
- Own the design and implementation of surveys, assessments, and feedback mechanisms to provide an evaluation mechanism to continuously gauge the health of organizational culture, pinpoint key issues, and offer recommendations to drive problem-solving efforts.
- Partner with internal stakeholders from a variety of businesses globally and cross-functional teams to understand critical management and cultural issues, develop hypotheses, create data-driven insights, and propose scalable solutions and tools.
- Effectively communicate research findings, proposals, and progress reports to senior leadership through presentations and written reports, ensure that proposals are rooted in rigorous research, data analysis, and a clear implementation plan.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and expertise internally and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
- A Master's or Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in conducting strategic research and proposal development related to management and culture, familiar with high-tech, internet, and related industries.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a deep understanding of business and organizational dynamics.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research tools and techniques such as statistical analyses, survey design, and text analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights, and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, proactive and action-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
