**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the full cycle of accounting duties, from accounts payable to financial reporting. This position requires proficiency in financial software and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
**Duties:**
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Complete bank deposit slips and posts deposits to the general ledger promptly.
- Understand and assist with allocating all expenses monthly
- Prepare and post other journal entries to the general ledger
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation
- Manage daily cash reporting.
- Recommend adjustments and makes corrections to records as may be required.
- Check/answer emails regularly to ensure items receive proper attention.
- Report any incidents/accidents according to incident reporting procedures and protocols within designated timelines as outlined in the reporting guidelines.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the management.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting practices
- Familiarity with debits and credits principles
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Real Estate Management Experience
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
- Experience in account analysis
- Knowledge of financial software systems
- Previous work as an accounting clerk
- Proficiency in 10-key typing
- Understanding of corporate accounting procedures
