Job Title: Personal Assistant/Bookkepper
Job Summary:
The Personal Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing a wide range of personal and professional responsibilities and the highest level of support to the organization’s CEO and his family. This position will be based out of the Los Angeles area (West Hollywood, Pacific Palisades), assisting the CEO with personal and business-related projects.
This role will work with business associates, family members, and other professionals as well as residential team members and third-party contractors to assist in all areas to ensure operational excellence. The role also includes light bookkeeping for personal accounts and activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide hands on support on both a personal and professional level
- Coordination and scheduling of meetings and conference calls; includes preparation and distribution of key meeting documents
- Maintain personal documents, records, and reports in a discreet and confidential manner
- Collect and distribute mail and coordinate various mailings (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and direct deliveries when necessary
- Organize local, domestic, and international travel arrangements
- Arrange accommodations and dining logistics
- Maintain personal calendar; schedule appointments (e.g., DMV, passport renewals, etc.)
- Schedule household services
- Maintain birthday and significant event calendar and research, recommend, and purchase gifts for family and friends
- Property management of the primary residence including overseeing household providers such as housekeepers, gardeners, and handymen
- Communicate with vendors and contractors for any on-going and future projects within the property
- Errands for the household such as gifting, shipping, dry cleaning, managing service of household vehicles and any other personal needs
- Light bookkeeping for personal accounts
- Maintain petty cash by providing receipts and invoices
- Make weekly cash deposits and withdrawals as needed

- QuickBooks experience is required
