Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPC ,LCPC, LCSW, LMFT to join our private therapy practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, helping them overcome personal challenges, improve mental health, and enhance overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and personal circumstances.
2. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs and goals.
3. Provide evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more.
4. Foster a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathetic therapeutic environment conducive to healing and growth.
5. Utilize various therapeutic modalities and techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, solution-focused therapy, and others, as appropriate.
6. Monitor clients' progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
7. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and relevant documentation, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
8. Collaborate and consult with other mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
9. Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
Qualifications:
1. Master's in counseling, psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
2. Current licensure in the state of practice.
3. Demonstrated clinical experience providing counseling and psychotherapy services to diverse populations, preferably in a private practice setting.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport, build therapeutic alliances, and effectively engage with clients.
5. Empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities.
6. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and interventions, with proficiency in conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based practices.
7. Commitment to ongoing professional development, self-reflection, and adherence to ethical principles and legal standards of practice.
8. Reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
9. Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems or similar platforms.
10. Flexibility to accommodate evening or weekend appointments as needed to meet client needs and practice demands.

- Compensation is 50-60% and will be paid twice monthly.
