Occupational Therapist – Phoenix Children’s

This position provides occupational therapy services to a pediatric population, from neonatal through adolescence/young adulthood. Performs evaluation, program planning, and treatment of patients in activities of daily living, sensorimotor integration, cognitive and psychosocial skill, and feeding therapy, specific to age and developmental/functional level determined by assessment. Positions are available in Phoenix, Glendale, and Gilbert locations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT
- Current State of Arizona Occupational Therapist license
- Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association
- Ortho, neuro, developmental and/or pediatric experience preferred
- Splinting/hand therapy experience preferred
