Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Duties:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of nursing staff
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to patient care
- Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance to maintain high-quality care standards
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory related to nursing services
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
