PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide daily engineering support to a variety of manufacturing areas for troubleshooting issues and developing solutions.
· Develop fabrication, assembly, and test methods of new products.
· Write and maintain revision control on operation procedures, work instructions, and all manufacturing documentation.
· Design jigs, test fixtures, special tools, or test aids for use in the manufacturing process.
· Prepare and implement workstation or equipment layouts for new production and modify layouts to incorporate changes.
· Apply SPC, Design of Experiments, and PFMEA on manufacturing processes.
· Prepare cost estimates, standards, and process bid requests.
· Develop cost comparisons of alternate methods, parts, tooling, or equipment within the department.
- Maintain manufacturing data to monitor, measure, and improve processes.
· Work on special projects assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willing and able to independently pursue assignments with minimal supervision.
- Able to balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Must be a US Citizen

Pay: $65,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
